Phan Quang Tue

Phan Quang Tue is the son of Dr. Phan Quang Dan, a prominent opposition figure during the war. Dan was a hard-working, charismatic guy who had his own designs on the Palace, but his son was a lawyer in Saigon during the war, and then became an immigration judge in SF while in the States. He was the absolutely worst person to pick to represent the South Vietnamese voice. Several senior leaders in the Vietnamese community agreed.
